Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and meditation that allows access to the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is responsible for about 90% of everything we do, think and influences the decisions we make.
If you want to change something but feel frustrated that it is not happening quickly enough, it feels overwhelming, you're tired of starting over or you're feeling stuck, meditative hypnotherapy may be the key to your success to finally implement profound change in your life.
Hypnotherapy gives you the tools to help yourself ditch a habit or lifestyle that's not serving you, decrease your stress, release your fears, relieve pain, process grief, calm your anxiety and build your self confidence.
In our time together, I hold healing space for you, ask strategic questions, and guide you through gentle techniques to help you access the memories, thoughts, patterns, perspectives and perceptions held in your subconscious mind. By working with and befriending your mind, you'll discover new more useful behaviors, attitudes and patterns that will easily guide you to where you want to be.
***As a hypnotherapist, it is not my role to analyze, diagnose, nor prescribe, you would need a Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist on hand if you find you seek external advice, analyzation, you're seeking talk therapy, a diagnosis or prescription. I have some great therapists I can recommend if you need this kind of help.
What I find truly fascinating is that over the next days and weeks after your session, your subconscious will continue to reveal information and insights to you. I recommend you keep a journal of what shows up for you and doing at least 5 sessions spaced about a week or two apart.
Grab your cup of tea, your practice log, questions you have about yoga poses, meditation, anxiety, ANYTHING!! Please invite your friends or family members to join this FREE chat and time to connect with other bright beings!
Sculpted Lotus Yoga is based on the belief that we can carve out and shape our lives in whatever manner we choose. We design our life as though it were a piece of art, fluid, dynamic, shifting and changing like a sculpture that is never quite completed. Completion is not the goal. The aim is to fall in love with the process of refinement while learning and growing, therefore commitment to expansion and becoming lifelong students is essential.
Yoga is a practice of remaining open and available for our lessons both obvious and subtle, so that we can continue to show up in our lives truthfully. Here is a little bit about my yoga philosophy:
About your teacher, Lauren Danner
Lauren began practicing yoga in 2000 little did she know at the time that this practice had the power to change her life. In 2007 Lauren completed her first 200 HR YTT and started teaching yoga full-time at Yoga Pearl in Portland, Oregon and at Nike world headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. She fell in love with cross training athletes, teaching yoga in the workplace, finding presence in the practice, and helping others explore their fullest potential. Since these early days, this practice has sunk into her bones, soaked her soul and saturated her life with blessings. Lauren has studied with, trained under and worked alongside brilliant teachers and mentors in multiple areas of yoga. She continues to study, learn and grown in her practice and knowledge and finds this kind of commitment to be essential to living a skillful life.

The new moon phase marks the beginning of the lunar cycle and provides us with the energy to make changes, set intentions, create and even simply just devote time to rest.
The New Moon Sound Ceremony (with Arlyn Ruddy from Awaken Spanda) is a sacred container offering space for us to return home to our cyclical nature. Aligning with the ritual and rhythm of the lunar cycle opens the gateway into our soul self by uncovering deeper wisdom and innerstanding that will nourish us in body, mind, and spirit.
The Sound Ceremony will begin and end in a circle for greater integration. We will move through a gentle walk down bringing the mind into the body for deeper vibrational reception of the sound meditation. Each new moon brings unique energy, so every cycle will be a little different. Hold no expectations and come as you are as we create a fertile soil, in love to ground in the next cycle ahead.
Please dress comfy and bring a mat, blanket, pillow or anything that keeps you supported while laying down. An eye cover is very helpful to go deeper within. Lastly, bring an open heart and open mind.

The Kids Summer Camps Yoga and Art Journaling program is designed to nurture your child's imagination and encourage their unique expression through the combination of yoga, literature, and art. By participating in this camp, your child will not only have a fun and engaging experience but also develop valuable life skills.
Each camp session revolves around a specific theme and uses a unique creative process. Throughout the camp, kids will learn and refine new art techniques, learn to follow their inspiration, commit to a project, learn how to overcome mistakes, and practice both fine and gross motor skills. The integration of art and yoga also serves as a mindfulness tool, allowing children to express themselves.
Over the course of the five-day camp/workshop series, children will explore multiple techniques and mixed media to create Art Journal Entries. The daily routine includes a yoga practice, reading a story, poem, or quote to inspire their creations, exploring creativity through prompts, engaging in imaginative play, and focusing on their breath.
The process of art journaling serves multiple purposes:
-It allows for the refinement and testing of art techniques
-provides a means to process current geographic and political events
-facilitates connected and creative time to process emotion and assimilate experiences
-encourages exploration and connection with one's children by transforming mistakes into art.
This Summer Yoga and Art Journaling program is suitable for children aged 6 to 12. It offers a well-rounded experience that combines physical activity, creative expression, and personal growth.
This is a safe space for children to explore thought, emotion, physical movement and creativity through tactile experiences. I hold a supportive space for them to practice these techniques and offer up suggestions with the intention of empowering them or enhancing their experience.

Group Hypnotherapy gives you a taste of what hypnotherapy is like and how it can help you. These group sessions are like a seated meditation and visualization. At the end you will have time to journal and record your experiences.
Group Hypnotherapy is lead with each person in mind, however the process is not custom to the individuals as it would be in 1:1 and I will not be logging your process as I would in a private session. Instead, I'll give you time to journal what has come up for you and give time for self study and reflection.
I recommend you keep a journal of what shows up for you.
If you are interested in a more individualized process to resolve addiction, trauma, chronic stress and anxiety, I recommend working with me in 1:1 for Hypnotherapy sessions.

Join in for a group meditation! This meditation will begin guided in a group setting.
Meditation is a tool that allows us to take a mindful pause, observe what’s happening in our minds and bodies, and allow life to unfold in its natural course.
It is a practice of sitting with what is, a practice of presence, and a practice of being instead of doing. Meditation helps you discover your self, to feel all of the feelings of being human and gives you space to process and assimilate the happenings of your life.
It is not about becoming a better person by suppressing the thoughts and feelings that pop up while meditating. You are not trying to control your mind. Instead, meditation helps you become more aware of what's going on inside and out, so that you can respond to situations with clarity and care. It is a practice of befriending your mind.
Settle in, bring your own bolster or blanket if you have one.
Join for this abbreviated demo of Yoga Story Time!

This rolls into a yoga practice that is an exploration of movement, imagination, and possibility!

Join Lucie Kulze from Lucie's Very Own! In this workshop kiddos will learn about the foraged plants and flowers that they will weave into enchanting crowns. Lucie creates lovely wreaths and crowns using native and naturalized plants foraged from the forests and fields around her home in the ACE Basin of South Carolina. You’ll occasionally find her adding splashes of color from flowers grown in her garden. In everything she makes, she aims to showcase the beauty of the Earth's gifts. Lucie aims to inspire a sense of wonder, respect, and reverence for this Planet.
This is such a unique offering and experience that she has created for learning, creativity and play. Join the fun!
Come craft a gorgeous one of a kind holiday wreath under the guidance of Lucie Kulze from Lucie's Very Own. Working with dried native grasses, flowers, ferns, and reeds, each participant will create their very own dried wreath- perfect for the holidays. Before you get creating, Lucie will share about the native plants she uses, how she harvests and gathers, grows, and dries all the plants.
These wreaths are incredible as sustainable holiday gifts or to hang in your own home to enjoy.
Lucie has true talent and an eye for the earth's natural beauty, here is what she has to say about her inspiration and her craft.
"Out of awe and gratitude for our Earth, I began crafting wreaths in 2013. Ever since, my work, like this Planet, is ever evolving. Working with foraged materials keeps me forever on the horizon of new discoveries, shaping how I create in each season differently. My wreaths, for me, are an expression of what I see and feel in my bones when I’m in my element, immersed in Nature. Inspired, intrigued, in love, and loved. These wreaths are an expression of my devotion to Earth and Spirit. They’ve been described as unique, creative, and whimsical."
As a therapist, you guide individuals through their most challenging moments, navigating discomfort to foster growth. Yoga is a parallel journey—a holistic and somatic experience akin to leading your clients through their discomforts towards transformation.
In therapy, you encourage clients to confront resistance, knowing that breakthroughs are on the other side. Similarly, yoga embodies this ethos—it's about reaching that resistance point and courageously pushing through, emerging as a brighter, bolder version of oneself.
The beauty lies in what emerges on the other side of that resistance. More than just physical movements, yoga offers 'more'—more energy; more flow, awareness, clarity, integration of mind and body; more strength, both physically and emotionally. Ultimately, more empowerment.
When the wisdom of therapy merges with the holistic practice of yoga, it invites clients to explore their discomforts through movement, breath, and mindfulness, enabling them to transform and thrive while literally feeling their feelings.
Join our training to discover how integrating yoga amplifies your therapeutic impact and empower both yourself and your clients in a whole new way.
