Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and meditation that allows access to the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is responsible for about 90% of everything we do, think and influences the decisions we make.
Group Hypnotherapy gives you a taste of what hypnotherapy is like and how it can help you. These group sessions are like a seated meditation and visualization. At the end you will have time to journal and record your experiences.
If you want to change something but feel frustrated that it is not happening quickly enough, it feels overwhelming, you're tired of starting over or you're feeling stuck, meditative hypnotherapy may be the key to your success to finally implement profound change in your life.
Hypnotherapy gives you the tools to help yourself ditch a habit or lifestyle that's not serving you, decrease your stress, release your fears, relieve pain, process grief, calm your anxiety and build your self confidence.
In our time together, I hold healing space for you, ask strategic questions, and guide you through gentle techniques to help you access the memories, thoughts, patterns, perspectives and perceptions held in your subconscious mind. By working with and befriending your mind, you'll discover new more useful behaviors, attitudes and patterns that will easily guide you to where you want to be.
Group Hypnotherapy is lead with each person in mind, however the process is not custom to the individuals as it would be in 1:1 and I will not be logging your process as I would in a private session. Instead, I'll give you time to journal what has come up for you and give time for self study and reflection.
***As a hypnotherapist, it is not my role to analyze, diagnose, nor prescribe, you would need a Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist on hand if you find you seek external advice, analyzation, you're seeking talk therapy, a diagnosis or prescription. I have some great therapists I can recommend if you need this kind of help.
What I find truly fascinating is that over the next days and weeks after your session, your subconscious will continue to reveal information and insights to you. I recommend you keep a journal of what shows up for you.
If you are interested in a more individualized process to resolve addiction, trauma, chronic stress and anxiety, I recommend working with me in 1:1 for Hypnotherapy sessions.
