Asana Lab:
Let's workshop and break down your asana/postures alignment and anatomy. We will use props, blocks, straps and the wall to enhance the alignment of your postures and troubleshoot where you may have weakness and structural imbalances.
Lauren will be offering (all of the) hands on assists if you are comfortable receiving them.
Please bring your specific questions and poses that you'd like to work on! There will be a form sent when your register
+ You will get specific instruction for your own body and postures
+ Specific Instruction on how to modify or advance your postures
+ Individualized hands on and verbal assists
+ Learn how to check and assist your own postures in a flow practice
+ Troubleshoot and breakdown your most challenging posesÂ
This is for YOU if:
* You are ready to put in the physical and mental effort of a two hour workshop (rest time will be provided too!)
* You are willing to receive feedback and assistance on your postures
* You're up for a challenge
* You are willing to bring your sense of humor along with you
This is NOT for you if you:
* Aren't able to commit to the time
* Don't like to have hands on assists/be touched
* Aren't ready to try new versions of the poses
The information and insights you gain from this 2 hour workshop will assist you in your flow practice and your home practice for a lifetime!
