Yoga Story Time Demo

Join for this abbreviated demo of Yoga Story Time!

Explore gross motor skills and fine motor skills, connection, mindfulness, exercise and giggle! 

We start with a mindful circle, a story and an affirmation!

Move through a meditation and breath work to check in with ourselves from the inside out. Get energy moving by linking breath to movement and shaking some things out.

This rolls into a yoga practice that is an exploration of movement, imagination, and possibility!
