Yoga Bootcamp is a deep dive in alignment, resilience, courage and truth. This practice builds strength through traditional postures as well as skills and drills practices for mobility, posture preparation and growth.
Yoga Bootcamp is designed to release pent up negativity, move what feels stuck physically, mentally and energetically in your life while challenging your body and brain.
Join Lauren Danner to peel away your pent up resistance, remove self limiting restrictions, habitual or imprinted belief systems, learn how to love yourself while taming your stress, anxiety and pent up frustration.
(The practice sessions will be heated to about 90 degrees)
We have theme that is a focus of the weekend and that theming aligns with yoga history, ethics and philosophy. So come with a notebook, a pen, and an open mind! We also weave in Pratyhara, Vichara, and Meditation Techniques.
