  Starting a yoga practice can be intimidating and even a little scary! I can help you conquer that fear with our Beginner's Series, designed for new students (like you!) to help you build the confidence to walk any yoga class with ease!

Get to know Sculpted Lotus Yoga and focus on the basics in four sessions:

WEEK 1: Fundamentals of Breath, Alignment and Body Awareness

WEEK 2: Intro to Flow and Commitment to a Sustainable Practice

WEEK 3: Standing Posture Alignment and Balance

WEEK 4: Foundations of a Personal Practice with Self Study

In four sessions you will learn:

+ What a yoga practice does, what its is and how it works.
+ Foundational Postures and Alignment
+ How to breathe properly in yoga classes
+ How to modify your postures for your own body and needs
+ Basics of mindfulness in class
+ Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them
+ Exactly what to expect from a yoga class

  Join other newbies who are eager to begin and get a solid foundation and gain the confidence to attend regular yoga classes. If you're working with an injury, you're tight, stressed out, overweight, have anxiety or depression, we can help YOU start on this journey confidently.

We will start off by discussing your goals, design a plan for how you can meet those goals and how we can assist and support you through the process. Learn how to begin in this 4 session focus series.

Who this is for:
Beginners or those returning to the practice after a lapse. Those who know they need to make a change to their lives in order to start living a more joyful and less stressed life while building strength and flexibility.

Who this is not for:
This is not for those who don't intend to show up for all 4 sessions as each session builds on the next. If you're looking to maximize 1:1 time, an intro to yoga private lesson may be more beneficial.
