This class is designed to support the health of joints and connective tissue, loosen tightness, reinvigorate your energy levels, and improve your mental health.
Throughout Mellow Vinyasa class there is emphasis on breath, movement for functional mobility, balancing strength and refining yoga poses. If you feel your body getting stiffer, more achy, stooped or stuck as you age or after injury or surgery then this is the class for you!
Each class will draw focus on a specific area of the body with the aim of building strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and correcting muscular imbalances. Enjoy restorative poses and a peaceful savasana at the end of each practice. All levels welcome!
