Detox Flow

Detox Flow: A Challenging breath based flow practice to build courage, strength and resilience. In a room heated between 85-90 degrees, this class includes a warm up then a three part journey of extension, contraction, and twisting to rinse toxic substances from your body & rewire your reaction to stress. Modifications will be offered.

While Detox Flow strengthens hips, stretches hamstrings, works your core, and builds upper body strength, it is a meditation in motion and the foundation is breath. Yes, you will get a work out in this class however it is also a work in; a shift to viewing your inner world and what has accumulated with in that has clogged and congested your thoughts and energy. By the end of practice, stress cycle is completed. This is an incredible yoga for anxiety class that puts you at home in your body through challenge and introspection.
