You can purchase a single in studio private lesson by clicking the Schedule Your Private Yoga Lesson button below, selecting a time on my calendar and following the prompts for the single session.

If you are looking for on sight yoga sessions in the workplace, please contact me on the form below for a custom quote and to begin your booking.

I also offer Private Lesson Monthly memberships, Refine and Enhance so that you can invest in ongoing private lessons to create more consistent results and help you achieve your long term goals for mental and physical health.

Once you have purchased a package or membership, you can book out your private lessons in advance or the week of.

To book your monthly private lesson using your Deluxe Monthly Membership, send me an email with your ideal time and day.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase a package private sessions, the 5 Session Package is ideal.

You have 90 days to get all 5 Sessions in. 5 Sessions are great if you want to set a specific mental/physical or practice goal to reach within 3 months. Together we will discuss your goals, the steps it will require to achieve them and and break them down into manageable chunks that you can also work on in classes and in your home practice
