In this 55 minute practice, we take commonly known poses and add in strength and stamina to them. Some of the shapes look quite different, like some spinal flexion in some postures while activating core strength and spinal mobility, bent knees as well as using some props and modifications. Each pose used diaphragmatic breathing to create expansion of the pelvis, contraction of the abdomen and a gentle realignment of the pelvis and low back.
