Postpartum Vinyasa

While this Vinyasa class is certainly great for a postpartum body, it's also great for any body! This Vinyasa class warms up your body with simple, repetitave, multi jointed movements that focus on increasing mobility. There are no chaturangas in this practice, instead you'll lower to your belly for baby cobra, focusing on getting your shoulders onto your back and gently strengthening your back. There is plenty of shoulder opening, some heart opening, and deep core work that is healthy and safe for a postpartum body.
