Empower Vinyasa is a heated class designed to help you build endurance and strength while burning off stagnant anxious energy. Turn on your heater at home and get ready to work through plank pose as it is woven into the practice, open up your side body and move into some back bending. These classes consist of a series of poses linked and guided by breath to help you build courage, self trust and resilience.
Be sure to modify or take a break if you need to dial it down today. The best way to honor your body is by honoring where it is every day!
The practice is designed to connect you with inner (and outer!) strength, stability, & the transformative power of breath. We focus on alignment, intention, and the movement of energy through the conduit of our bodies.
Prior yoga experience is necessary. However, we do offer modification opportunities if you are new to this style of practice.
