This reoccurring membership includes:
+Four (4) regularly scheduled classes per month in person or online.
This membership can be used for classes at anytime during the month.
If classes are unused by the end of the month, the classes expire and will not roll over to the next month.
This contract is auto renewing autodraft and begins on the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for 12 months and unless canceled by either the client or Sculpted Lotus Yoga, LLC with a minimum notification of 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
Client agrees to pay Sculpted Lotus Yoga, LLC monthly recurring membership fees via client authorized automatic credit card or debit card payments in monthly increments. For 12 months total. Payments by any other means than clients credit card or bank account is not permitted. The auto-pay membership may be canceled at any time.
Your written request to cancel your auto payment membership must be received in writing/email at SculptedLotus@gmail.com a minimum of 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Please do not send cancellation requests through social media nor in person.
