Empower Vinyasa is a heated class designed to help you build endurance and strength while burning off stagnant anxious energy. These classes consist of a series of poses linked and guided by breath to help you build courage, self trust and resilience.
The practice is designed to connect you with inner (and outer!) strength, stability, & the transformative power of breath. We focus on alignment, intention, and the movement of energy through the conduit of our bodies.
Prior yoga experience is necessary. However, we do offer modification opportunities if you are new to this style of practice.
