Vinyasa is a creative compilation of postures that transition into one another guided by your breath. 

This practice builds warmth, stretches, strengthens, and creates mobility in the joints. The movements and sensations through this flow practice enhance joy, introspection and make you feel alive!

All Levels welcome and we gladly offer options to modify poses. Yoga experience is helpful.
